Account Management

Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations or rights that have accrued prior to the closure date. Survival of Terms: The following provisions shall survive the termination or expiry of a player's account and continue to bind both parties: the definitions section, anti-money laundering obligations, limitation of liability provisions, the prohibited conduct section, and any accrued rights or obligations existing at the time of termination.
